General Information
A retail tobacco license is issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, allowing companies, enterprises, units and individuals to operate and sell tobacco. In China, no unit or individual can conduct tobacco business without obtaining a license. There are three types of tobacco monopoly licenses: tobacco monopoly production license, tobacco monopoly wholesale license and tobacco monopoly retail license.
