General Information
China exercises the management of hygiene licenses for public places. Operators of public places shall, in accordance with regulations, apply to the administrative department of public hygiene of the local people’s government at or above the county level for a hygiene license.
Places requiring hygiene license:
Barbershops, beauty shops, theaters, swimming pools, gymnasiums, etc.
