If foreign documents are to be used in mainland China, the documents need to be notarized by Notary Public and certified by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in the country/region that issued the relevant foreign documents.

Procedures

1. Notarized by the Notary Public in the country where the document is issued.
2. Certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. Certified by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in such country/region.
